We are the controller of what happens on tmconfidence.com. Your markatregtare.com account, its search history and its quota are governed by the privacy documents of markatregtare.com.
How we apply the principles
- Data minimisation: the free search sends only the name and a random device identifier, and the network address is stored only as a salted hash.
- Purpose limitation: names and logos are used to run your search and are not used for advertising.
- Storage limitation: logs are deleted automatically after fixed periods, and reports are not stored by us.
- Privacy by default: optional storage is off until you agree, and fonts load from our own server, so no third party receives your address when the page loads.
- Your choice about AI: if AI is off in your markatregtare.com account, your logo is not sent for visual search.

Exercising your rights
We answer within one month. The free search stores your identifiers only as hashes, so we may not be able to link those log entries to you.

International transfers
The markatregtare.com database is hosted in the European Union. Letrat L.L.C. is established in Kosovo, and the Swiss register is reached in Switzerland when you run a full search. Where a transfer outside the EEA is not covered by an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
Security
- Connections are encrypted with TLS.
- Passwords are handled by the account service and are never stored by tmconfidence.com.
- Search limits and quotas are enforced on the server.
- Failed sign-in attempts are tracked to protect accounts, and two-step verification is supported.
Data breaches
If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we notify the competent authority within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay when the risk is high.
