You can run a free name check, or sign in with a markatregtare.com account for a full check by name, by logo or by both, across the Kosovo register, EUIPO and SwissReg.

Results are an automated preliminary check. They are not legal advice, not a guarantee that a mark is free, and not a decision of a trademark office. A low-risk result does not mean that a registration will succeed or that no conflict exists.
The check does not cover every register, unregistered rights, company names, domain names or well-known marks outside the sources searched. Register data can be late or incomplete.
Accounts and limits
- Full searches use your markatregtare.com account, its plan and its search quota. The terms of markatregtare.com apply to that account.
- The free search allows one search every 24 hours for a device or network. The limit is shared with the free search on markatregtare.com.
- If AI is turned off in your account, logo search and AI class suggestions are not available.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe.
Registration requests
- A signed-in user can send a mark to Letrat L.L.C. and choose where to register it. This is a request for an offer, not an application and not a contract.
- Letrat L.L.C. sends the offer by email and may ask for further details. Nothing is filed with a trademark office until you accept the offer.
Acceptable use
- Do not bypass the search limits or automate requests.
- Do not copy the service or its data at scale.
- Upload only logos and content you are allowed to use.
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
Intellectual property
The service, its software and its design belong to Letrat L.L.C. or its licensors. You keep your rights in the names and logos you enter. You allow us to process them only to run your search.
Availability
The service depends on external registers and providers. A register may not respond, and the report says so when this happens. We may change or suspend features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a result, or for indirect losses such as branding costs or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.
Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Kosovo apply, without limiting mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. The competent courts of Kosovo decide disputes, unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
